Removal group clarity through the smoke
Last year it was planned for me and my family to move down south for work but I decided as a last treat I would take them on holiday, crisis occurred. Being just one of the thousand tourist complaints, I was stuck abroad with a massive cloud of ash above England and could not get home. Even with an unstoppable amount of complaints we weren't getting back.
Removalgroup was recommended when we shared our complaints with my brother and he recommended before our house was occupied by another family to use and move all our things to our new house. Removal Group personal moving assistant could not have been better, understanding our situation she made no complaint and was a massive help, taking us step by step through the moving process.
We first had to advise our neighbours in advance that a removal vehicle, or group of vehicles, will be parked outside your home. If parking permits are required, then it was our responsibility to organise which we did, we ensured these had been completed to avoid any removal group complaints. Also we had to have those responsible for the move present to ensure what's moved is correct so I elected my brother. Fortunately before our holiday we had prepared ourselves for moving and all was able for Removalgroup to continue without complaint after our comments.

When we got home from a prolonged holiday, in fact it was quite relaxing and with such good value from Removalgroup our holiday continued a holiday and on our return we already knew, thanks to all the removal group assistants, our new home was ready and we arrived back at our new destination, home.
